I have forgotten my password.
I am unable to register for a membership because it says my username is already in use.
Do I have to log in each time I visit AllFreeTech?
Can I change my username (login ID) or my e-mail address or another my info?
Can I have access from work and home?
I have forgotten my password.
To request your password, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Login page.
- Click on the Click Here link, located below the login
fields.
- Enter the username that you registered your
passport with.
- Your old password will be e-mailed to you within 24
hours.
- Once you receive your password, go back to the Login page.
- Cut and paste the old password into the Password
field and use the username that you registered with and requested
the old password for.
- Once successfully logged in, you should change your password by click on Account Info,
located on the top bar of the page.(or My Account)

Can I change my username (login ID) or my e-mail address or another my info?
You can not change your username (login ID) but you can change another your information. All you have to do is:
- Make sure you are logged in with your username.
- Click the My Account link or Account Info link on the top navigation bar.
- Change your e-mail address in the E-mail field or change any field you want.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on
Update.

Can I have access from work and
home? Yes, simply log in using the same
username and password. Your account is accessible from either location.
